You do not enjoy US constitutional protections while not on US Soil.

Not when I do not live or am present within the jurisdiction of said country
they dont..

If I get into legal trouble over here, I am going to enjoy the US
constitutional protections, not Swedens or any other nations constitution.

If I ever stepped foot into the Swedish cesspool, I would be subject to its
laws and if charged accordingly, afforded the rights and procedures as set
forth in its constitution.

Robert Bashe once made a mistake in the 80's and visited the Swedish cesspool,
thus he knows more about sweden than you, but he realized his error and never
returned, he didnt like the smell.
