IMO we'll see China try to grab Indonesia - or at least the Borneo area -
to get at the oil there.  China and the Philippines have already had at least
one fracas over the Spratly Islands - which are MUCH closer to the Philippines
than they are to China (and most of them are only above water at low tide).
