They had already done that with false proof provided by Isreal. US
immigration wants to wash their hands of him and Germany provided an out,
without proof.

No, if they could prove that his identity is the person they claim, then
he'd be proven guilty. Right now he's merely the accused.

Isreal once and Germany once. That's two, or more than once (for you slow
German defectors) and then there is the fact that he was deported from one
country to another as a prisoner of war in Germany, thus many times.

During the Isreali trial, written statements of former guards at Treblinka
identified Ivan the Terrible as "Ivan Marchenko." I believe he (Merchenko)
was deported to the Ukraine and executed by the Russkies.

US officials had originally been aware of the two German guards' written
statements and did not inform Demjanjuk's attorneys of the testimony
before he was deported for trial in Isreal.

I'd call that incompetence on the part of the INS or, perhaps they were
happy to get him off their hands as they were when he was sent to Germany
this time.

I have my doubts. He may be sent to his birth country instead. He'll
probably end up like Merchenko.

Germany has shown the world that they're doing everything possible,

person is you and not someone who is actually knowledgeable, I don't

On July 29, 1993, five Israeli Supreme Court judges overturned the guilty
verdict on appeal. Their ruling was based on the written statements of
former guards at Treblinka that identified Ivan the Terrible as "Ivan
Marchenko."

I'm not assuming anything, but you and the German prosecution are.
