When Michael Moore received the Oscar for Best Documentary Feature for
Bowling for Columbine, he took the opportunity to voice his opinions on
the "fictitious war" and our "fictitious President", with a mixture of
applause and boos ensuing from the audience.

After he left the stage, host Steve Martin broke the tension in the room
by joking;

"It's so sweet backstage, you should have seen it. The Teamsters are
helping Michael Moore into the trunk of his limo."

Actually, the Academy of Motion PIctures has 3 locations in California,
all in the Hollywood area, and an office front located in New York City.
But the only phone number listed is in the 310 area code, aka West Los
Angelos, Beverly Hills, Hollywood.

No, the US federal government is the largest employer in America...

The top ten all deal in military as well as civilian business. Just
because you recognize a name or two doesn't mean their products are
strictly defense or military.
