First of all, I had a very long and eloquent response to your message typed
out.  And when I was three quarters done, my connection was dropped... so, I'm
gonna be a little more succinct this time, only if because I'm annoyed..lol

Anyhow, what's wrong with speakin and writin Texan? :)

Some of us really do.  And the neat part is, it's illegal for one who carries
to show they are carrying in public, so you never know who might be.

Unfortunately, the laws allowing you to pull your gun are so strict it doesn't
really matter.  You have to basically witness someone in grave and immediate
danger to be able to use your weapon.

It's all about the effort to get there.  If we never try to better ourselves,
there's really only one other way to go...

I haven't heard of some of these...others are either really archaic, or
cliche'd.

I'm sure I've read somewhere where you're from, but I notice you're posting
from zone 2.  Where are you?  I'm guessing Louisianna, but why the zone 2?

True cajun Louisiannan's certainly do have a crazy accent. I've spoken with
several Cajun's in the past, and the accent is as strong as a true Scotsman.  I
might make out every other word if they talk slowly, and then I tend to get the
gist of what they're saying.  lol
