Nowhere in my message to Ross did I write "eat shit and die".
Those are Ross Cassell's words.  Not mine.

I did write "ESAD".  Twice.  In the same message.  The meaning of the
acronym is different with each use.  I left it up to Ross to interpret
it any which way he wanted.  Ross saw hatred (eat shit and die) because
that is what he wanted to see.

Here is another interpretation, for each use -

The first use of "ESAD" - Extremely Slow Application Development

This was in defense of Björn Felten, the moderator of this echo,
whom Ross had insulted.  Note the context and usage of ESAD.

The second use of "ESAD" - Equine Suspensory Apparatus Dysfunction

Note my use of "Loose Flea" as my sig.  What better way to reply to
horseshit than ESAD with a sig of Loose Flea?

Still don't get the joke?  LOOSE FLEA is an anagram of my name.
