I also do not believe he/she has told you, either.
His/her real name, that is.  Not his/her fake name.

The entity known as "Jeff Snyder" certainly appears
to write like a small child.  Sometimes like a 12-year-old
girl having a temper tantrum.
But then, so did "Bill Kochman".
And the entity known as "Jeff Snyder"
claims to be the same individual who
posed as "Bill Kochman" several years
ago, in the same echo.
Maybe "Jeff Snyder" is "Bill Kochman"
and "Bill Kochman" is "Jeff Snyder" and
they are all together, right now?

What is his/her name?
Is it "Jeff Snyder"?
Is it "Bill Kochman"?
Is it somebody else?
Is it that you do not know?
Is it that you do know but do not want to tell?
Is it that he is you and you are me and we are all together?
The Beatles said that, not me.
But they said it much better, in song.

Notice the word MUST.
Notice one of the things that MUST be provided is YOUR NAME.
Notice the other things that MUST be provided.

The individual in question sent in an application under the
name "Jeff Snyder".  That same individual claims to be the same
individual as "Bill Kochman", who once moderated the same echo.
Or was "Bill Kochman", as the case may be.  That's right.  Both
the entity known as "Jeff Snyder" and the entity once known
as "Bill Kochman" claim to be the same moderator who is the
present moderator of that very same echo.

So which is it?

Or is it that both "Bill Kochman" and "Jeff Snyder" are
aliases/handles used by someone who wishes to remain anomymous?

You see, I smell a conspiracy.  With you playing a key part.  :)

Section 6.1

A Zone Coordinator for FidoNet has the PRIMARY TASK OF MAINTAING
THE NODELIST FOR THE ZONE.

All fidonet sysops MUST use their real names as a matter of
policy.  Moderators can use an alias/handle, but sysops cannot.
And then, only if a sysop allows it.

The individual who calls himself/herself "Jeff Snyder" is a
fidonet sysop (actually not, since fictional characters cannot
by definition be a real sysop much less a real person).  You,
acting alone, personally approved his/her application, as Guam
is an administrative area, and part of no zone.  Only the Zone
1 Coordinator could have approved his/her application (or
maintained it, reviewing it for accuracy), as nobody else in
fidoland had the means or authority to do it.

Either you were totally incompetent and failed to do your job
properly, in which case a mistake was made,

You acted deliberately in a conspiracy to allow a fictional
character become a sysop/moderator.

So which is it?

Now.  What is his/her name again?  Not the handle he/she uses.
What is his/her REAL name?  Is it Janis Kracht?  Is it Ross Cassell?
Maybe it is my evil twin, Loose Flea.  I wouldn't know.  Loose Flea
has done some very strange things.  Like swimming in gumbo or a bowl
of soup...

According to you, P4 is just "a goddamn piece of paper", as your
beloved former president is alleged to have once said.  As such,
even fictional characters such as "Jeff Snyder" can file policy
complaints.  In fact, the mad dictator would gladly approve such
complaints (as long as it suits her purpose).

Well, I do not claim to be a fictional character like the entity
known as "Jeff Snyder" (formerly known as "Bill Kochman").  :)

As such, any complaint of mine would get thrown out.  Even if I
was a fidonet sysop.  After all, you are the Mad Dictator of Zone 1,
accountable to no one.  And mad dictator wannabe Ross Cassell is your
tool, who likewise is not held accountable to anyone.

Imagine that.  The Mad Dictator and her Tool running Zone 1.
Without any regard for P4 or policy of any kind.
