I got it, and it appears pretty complete - even I'm in it - but I prefer a
standalone solution where possible.

Unfortunately, Jerry is using a Perl script (Linux port) for this, and although
I've meanwhile managed to locate all the components (I use OS/2):

bnlpl13.zip
libc-0.6.3-csd3.zip
perl-5.10.0-os2-20071227.zip

The directions on how to actually install and use this are more than scanty.

For example, in the Perl archive there's:

"Note that this build of Perl is coded to look in /perl5/lib for its libraries.

If your Perl is installed somewhere else, you need to set an environment
variable to tell Perl the install location, ie:

set PERLLIB_PREFIX=/perl5/lib;x:/path/to/perl5/lib"

Now, that's nice, but (a) where do I put this line? If in the OS/2 config.sys,
won't the forward slashes make my OS/2 system choke? And if not, where? and (b)
the indicated directory contains only two subdirectories with _numerous_
sub-sub directories, so where do you put the DLLs in the libc-0.6.3-csd3.zip
archive? (c) then pops up, and that's how to invoke the script and with what
parameters? At least some kind of input and output directory information must
be required, unless I'm missing a point.

All of this may be trivial for Linux gurus, but I'm not one (I _did_ install
Linux several times over the years, and _did_ manage to get things like Golded
and MsgED running properly, but it took mountains of time to do even that, and
so I'm still using OS/2 for my fido system).

So for the time being, I'll jast take the easy way out and use the "finished"
include file you helpfully pointed out - with great thanks for the tip.

But if you know of someone who can give me (with very little Linux experience
and no experience at all installing Linux ports in OS/2) some help installing
this system in eComStation (OS/2), I'd be very interested, too.

P.S. Just noticed that the include file is made up from the Z1 nodelist, and I
don't know what if any differences there are to the Z2 one. Hope this won't
give any problems with my Z2 contacts.
