While the building trades aren't essential, this is probably one good reason
non-union tradesman don't have to serve an apprenticeship. Just strap on a tool
belt and start screwing it all up! :)

So they've stopped the apprenticeship? Are more and more T&D/Mold making
companies following suit?

Training in the sense of a real apprenticeship by today's standards? Or are
they sending them to school and paying for it?

That's a hell of a good place to put it. I might just do the same!

It's surprising they're still around, to be honest.

So basically, that company will probably go under eventually. Either that or
it's owned by a billionaire that just doesn't care whether it makes money or
