I think another thing that should be taken into consideration is if the company
that bid low is a smaller company or a bigger one. Usually smaller companies
have a lot less overhead and can still make a couple grand on a smaller
project. Whereas the bigger companies come in and lowball it because they can
hack it together in a day or two with enough manpower, etc.

That would definitely explain it. I do remember plenty of rust on that thing,
but it drove like a champ! :)

Just filled up at $3.11/gal today. As long as it keeps going down. By around
May of next year we'll all be bitching about the high prices again, probably.
Always seems right before Memorial day, they start jacking it up.

Obama still has to try to prove that windfarms are going to be able to support
every household <laugh>.

You might blame the Democrats, but he had the final say in the matter. If he
would have stuck to his original word and told the Dems to get bent, we
wouldn't be able to use this line. :)
