Addendum.

There was a time when a former member of the United States Marine Corp
defending one's
dog, hearth and home from unwarranted assault would have been looked upon as a
laudable
and noble thing to do in keeping with long standing American tradition.

I do not know when  exactly when this change in American values took place but
I
for one do not see it as an improvment.

In additional comment to Richard Webb your concern with Cynthia's privacy
noted and most appreciated however I do hnot see where the true account
reflected
below reflects in any way against her as opposed to the state's account which
is fraudulent in substance. 

In any case given my address is known  to the aforementioned police agency in
question
and given their proclivity to ununecessary and excessive violence against
the citzenry of city of Saint Petersburg as witnessed by myself it seems
to me I'm actually putting myself out there.

But then I've always felt this injustice a dispicable and shameless
act of arrogant cowardous on the part of the police and at no time nor at
no threat of any sort will I ever change my true account of the events of the
night in 
question.

That woman, the love of my life and veteran of the United States Marine Corp
was wronged and while I do not see that wrong ever being rectified I wish it 
to be known forever on record this true account.

Presumably a complaintant record may still be on fiile naming Dana Muntz
complaintant
and presumably his record with the stae hospital and department of corrections
state of 
Florida U.S.A. as a convicted murderer speaks for itself.

See you all after January 1, 2012 when I shall once again be available to rebut
those who 
find fault with what I have laid out here.

Stop exagerating what I in fact recounted.
One after another until all three were down.

Only officer Peter  Vaughn was seriously hurt as he's the one threatened to
"shoot the dog"
follwed up by grabbing Cynthia w/o provocation.

Subsequent to that *all* of Cynthia's efforts were concentrated upon officer
Peter Vaughn
with her only giving scant notice to the two other officers she was fending off
with
backhanded blows while keeping the thrust of attentions focused uupon officer
Vaughn.

Officer Peter Vaughn was in fact seriously injured the result of his response
to
the fraudulent complaint filed by phone by long time state hospital inmate and 
convicted murderer Dana Muntz, his threat to "shoot the dog" and subsequent
assault
upon Cynthia.

She merely was defending  herself.
Quite well I'd say.

Now as Florida is a public records state why not consult Troika One in how to
look into
this?

Mind you my account and not the state's account is the accurate one in that it
all
went down exactly as recounted above with the officer initiating the fight at 
the behest of Dana Muntz complaitant.
Long since deceased state of Alabama last known residence a trailer park.

I find it odd that you seem to think that given it's just so damned easy to

public records.
