Merry Xmas!
One minute into here and now!

A very happy Xmas to you and yours!

Never thought of the emergency response services computer system, as a
matter of fact I'm well aware they've had that system in place these last
twenty years or so.

I've kind of been a touch all over the map of late what with 21 years
with my blood pressure peaking up over 200 in the country with the best 
medical care in the world having never once credited what I've been telling 
them the last 21 years.

The assortment includes three orthopedic surgeons, a few primary care
physicians and of late a GROWING number of psychiatrists the count of whom
now eludes me.

See as far as I knew it was the sweet lass across the hall who dialed 911
right in front of me at the urgings of the gentleman down the hallways from
me in the next Maytag refrigerator box down the hallways.

Of course by that time there was no real need save for as yet the
aforementioned medical condition resulting in that rather severely elevated
blood pressure reading had not as yet been effectively addressed.

This last trip proved most fruitful a psychiatrist and physician actually
finally did listen as did the doctor of pharmacology in charge of the
pharmacy at Saint Anthony's Hospital :-)

So I got to restock my supply of non-skid socks, little tubes of toothpaste
and that ooh so excellent anti allergenic shampoo and hair conditioner
that leaves my hair ever so bright shiny and manageable.

And all at such a low low cost to the American taxpayer, Weeee!

As yet I've no ready access to a refills on the script so I'm still going
sans sleep as has been the case since March 6,2007 when that lovely nurse
practitioner assured me this Seroquel stuff was just the thing to help me
to sleep!
*Psychiatric* nurse practitioner he says correcting his omission.

I'm *still* waiting on that sleep to kick in as until the late evening of
August 20 through the morning of the 21st this last August that was
actually the very first night I'd gotten more than 2 1/2 hours sleep
all at the same time in the last 4 3/4 years since March 5th of 2007.

The means by which I encouraged myself to get to sleep were as is now known
rather widely somewhat unorthodox and extreme.

At any rate I've an appointment coming up at the very same agency which
prescribed me that wonderful Seroquel a photo of which the results of can
be seen on a Mr. Ross Cassell's web site at cassell.us or had been upon the
occasion of my last visit.

Alternate viewing venues including but not limited to Pinellas County
Sheriffs Office booking photos, various periodicals and internet web sites
dedicated to such booking photos irregardless of guilt or innocence of the
parties in question and of course good ole google.com's goggle images
whereupon the entry of my name returns an assortment of those loverly
photos
me a gleaming advertisement for AstraZenicas wondorous product Seroquel. 

Just take 800 Mgs and stay awake the better part of the bext five years!

I've since been enlightened to learn the reaction to that drug was what is
known to be a "paradoxical drug interaction."

That description doesn't really do it justice from the point of view
I've come to regard the drug in question.

A point of view I must say appeared to me to be several dimensions and a 
number of light years a few galaxies far far away from here removed from
this reality.

Well it's all been a great laugh and we've all had some great fun and save 
the intervening near five years, the resumption of my drinking and the
acquisition of a case of asthma brought about by the extremely unhealthy
lifestyle I adopted about three hours after ingesting that drug no real
harm done!

Lets just give credit where credit is due however and let bygones be bygones
shall we and thank the very professional staff at the Saint Anthony's Hospital
short term psychiatric facility Saint Petersburg Florida
with special credit going to Dr. of Pharmacology Carolyn and Dr. of
Psychiatry and MD Aje that aforementioned institution :-)

Now anticipating no further difficulties now that my medical needs
acquired so abruptly the early evening hours of Nov. 10, 1990 on
U.S. 18 Southbound and so quickly addressed this last trip in that swell
van with the pretty flashing lights and siren the morning of this last
August 21 I anticipate many deep and restful nights sleep from here on in.

Merry Christmas to ALL and a very Happy New Years to all for the coming New
Year with of course the one exception of cupcake AKA Troika 1
for whom I should suggest a great big shiny hunk of anthracite under the
tree
