P4 makes no distinction of 'a name'. It can be an alias.

Non sequitor! Answer the question posed.

I have both hard and soft copies of P4, am very familiar with it and find
no such wording meaning that policy 'must' be memorized.

is 'annoying  behavior' but not 'excommunicable behavior'...
