   You are once again perfectly correct. And I got this pointed out to me from
Michiel, in netmail, as well.

   And fact of the matter is that I can't recall ever having stripped the
seen-bys on passthru mail (only down to my BBS, that doesn't export anything
but original messages).

   According to Michiel there's only one remaining net that has a duplicate in
another zone now, so, as you rightfully point out, today the problem would be a
very minor one, if any at all.

   So let's all hook up "kreuz und quer", as the Germans use to say, and let
the NAB's suffocating grip on fidonet distribution be relegated to the history
scrapheap where they belong.

   So, basically you have created a miniature version of the fidoweb we are now
trying to create, and this long before we came up with the idea? What a pity
you didn't send a Snooze article about your project long ago, then maybe we
could have avoided the present war...
