We all have special interest in what we 'read' over what we 'don't read'.
What I get from you for my personal reading is far less than the number
of echoes that the NAB distributes. The rest is set to 'passthrough' to no
where in particular, but available for any downlink here. As I've seen
both of the above state many times in the past; They're not interested in
Z1 politics, nor some of the other garbage of interest to Z1 users only.

I wasn't just speaking of Z2 local echoes, as they have 'international'
echoes that pass from one region to another (you know of course that
international means from one country to another - not just zones as you
imply).

Which is the European model if there ever was one.

R24 is Germany, R28 is their neighbor, the Netherlands. Etc.

Z3 also has a plethora of echoes available.

Many 'international' echoes are just as dead as some that you distribute,
but they are still available.

Not many of us can read what is written in Cryllic, thus no interest here.
And IMO, not worth the effort to import.

That doesn't mean they aren't available, just that the interest would be
very low to those of us who don't speak the language. The best I could do,
for instance, is read but participate very little in echoes out of Spain
or Italy.
