Adolf Hitler escaped from Berlin, made his way to Chile,
and lived to be 108.  As far as I know, Hitler was a lifelong
Nazi, and very committed to his cause.

Crimes against humanity.  An interesting term.  Whom should we
apply it to?  Politicians whose views we don't agree with?  Would
that be enough?  Or should we widen the term to be more inclusive?

The point is, it is very easy to "demonize" an enemy.  We did it
to Adolf Hitler.  We did it to Saddam Hussein.  We did it to Moammar
Qaddhafi.  We did it to others.  And continue to this very day.  For
example, Bashar Assad is being made out to be a real devil.

What did Adolf Hitler do that was so wrong?
What did Adolf Eichmann do that was so wrong?
What did others we have demonized do that was so wrong?

We said Adolf Hitler murdered 6 million Jews.
Adolf Hitler wanted Jews in Germany to leave, and
for other countries to accept those Jews.  But no
other country chose to take them.

We said Adolf Hitler used eugenics as the foundation
of German society, removing the unwanted in order to
purify the race.  But so did we, and the rest of the
civilized world.

We said Slobo Milosovic was a monster who used
ethinc cleansing (a form of genocide) in an effort
to get rid of Muslims.  But it was Muslims who were
invading Orthodox Christian lands, burning churches
and farms and houses, etc.

We said Moammar Qaddhafi was a murderous thug who
was killing his own people for sport.  But it is
Libyans who are now free who have become the real
murderers.

We said the Taliban are an evil bunch who have
absolutely no respect for anybody, including their
own people.  But it was American soldiers who pissed
on dead Muslims.  It was American soldiers who burned
Qurans.  It was American soldiers who sent drones to
bomb targets with innocent civilians around.  And it
was a lone American soldier who offed 16 innocent men,
women and children in cold blood as they slept.

Please tell me more of what qualifies as being "crimes
of humanity".  And who should prosecute who for such
crimes.
