this reads the wrong way around... there is no such thing as "a tossed
packet containing a bundle of packets"... that is a bundle with packets
inside it... once it is opened for tossing, it is no longer a bundle...
and you seem to be confusing packet messages (in a PKT) with archived PKTs
in a bundle...

no... that a File attach format carrying a FRiday 0 (zero) bundle of PKTs

wrong... at least the initial mailer to mailer PKT must contain the
session level password if there is one... now consider that that first PKT
also contains one or more netmail messages... not a bundle... just a PKT
with more than one netmail message in it... in such a case, the session
and packet level passwords must be the same...
