No, it is not.

It mentions the BBS, nowhere howeevr does it state atually running a BBS is a
requirement for membership, so it isn't. Contrary to tye ability to send AND
RECIEVE netmailt that is explicitly mentioned as a requirement..

I had my POTS mailer call out via modem. The  "¨hola?" that I heard was on the
modem speaker. No mike attached, so I could not make an attempt to talk back.

No, I did not. read again and read carefully.  "I never claimed the /PERSON/ od
Rissel Tiedt does not exist. I know that he participates in Fidonet. I also
stated that I think he is the on;y Fidonet participant left on the continent of
Africa.

Read again: "the only one left on the continent of Africa.

I am not having it both ways.

1) There is a person named Russel Tiedt that participates in Fidonet.
2) He mat be the only Fidonet participant left on the continent of Africa.
3) There is i node listed as 5:5/0 with sysop Russel Tiedt.
4) I say that listing is a hoax as there is no system taking accepting netmail
via the listed protocoals and hostname and/or telephone number.

All irrelevant questions. The system is nodelisted as answering to binkp calls
at the stanbdard port. It is also listed to answer modem calls at the listed
telephone number. It doesn't. End of story.

No, all they have stated that 5:/5/0 CALLS IN at their system to pick up mail.

I have tried many time over an extended period of time. Pthers that have done
the same have confirmed my findings.

I am not bitching. I am debunking the myth that Z4 and Z5 are funtioning as
zones and hence that their listed representatives deserve a vote in the ZCC.
