Wrong again. I said that the minimum speed on I-10 west of SA was 60mph
and that is correct. You assumed that I meant it was the maximum speed,
since your belief is that the USA is still under the ancient 55mph maximum
speed limit. That law was rescinded in 1987.

That shows us your 1960 ignorance. Back then they took into account for
underpowered vehicles such as the VW bus. The minimum speed limit in those
days was 45mph. Today, like yesterday, that speed would be a hinderance to
the flow of traffic. Even a heavily loaded 18 wheeler can maintain 60mph.

Actually, it was built up to 2003, when it was discontinued because of a
city ordinance passed by Mexico City that made it illegal to offer Taxi
service in anything less than a vehicle with 4 doors. Your VW 'air cooled'
bus might be eligible, but it may not be able to keep up with traffic.

your sinility requires that 'air cooled' included.
