No assumption, fact.  The system here assures that no one needs to work for
money beyond the age of 65.

No, injuries of the employee on the job are taken care of by the health care. I
am talking about damages to others. Such as an employee dropping a heavy parcel
on a customer in a shop. Or an employee crashing into a fence while on a trip
for the company.

You were lucky. Accidents happen, but that was not what I meant.
