So far the IC, responsible for coordinating the activities of the ZCC, has not 
yet called for a formal vote in the ZCC. There has been an expression so far of
sentiments and preferences and as noticed it seems some of these may change
over time and after discussion.
 
When the formal vote will have taken place then it will be publicly posted in
the IC-conference which I think is the appropriate medium though I've never
heard about formal-complaint resolutions needing to go to Fidonet.
 
I am mildly annoyed over the perseverance and tactics of your behaviour. You
are quite well aware, as you have been notified, that I'm combatting some
technical difficulties and have expressed a desire to be kept out of the action
for a few days because of personal medical problems with a child.
 
When you were in a quite critical situation with your son tending to him when
going through chemotherapy and all the other things that come along with it I
have again and again told people to lay-off, get off your back and if there was
a problem to let it rest, it wouldn't go away and they still could bother you
with it later.
 
I am disturbed, really disturbed, that after I have told you there are some
hospital things I need to take care-off with a child as well as being faced
with some mild technical problems you take the moment that I am turned with my 
back to Fidonet to go for the kill.
 
It has taken people in the know where I am right now to get in touch with me
directly advising me to log on one way or the other and read this particular
mail thereby taking me away from family matters where I think I ought to be
rather than answering this outburst of ego from you.
 
You ought to be ashamed!
 
You are equally aware I am not pushing this into a conflict, that I have no
agenda on this. You are equally aware I will be out of this location from
Feb.21st through the 28th and would appreciate no further hit-and-runs while I 
am away. The formal ZCC-vote as called by the IC will happen immediately after 
February 28th 2004.
 
If you want to backstab me again when my eyes and my attention are focussed
elsewhere, or when I am absent, then here's your chance.
 
At the moment I've got no time to read mail and am again away to tend to the
things which I think I have to tend to as a father.
