That is complete nonsense. Fidonet started without BBS's, and it will continue
without them. BBS's just came along for the ride... Many sysops run Fidonet
Nodes but NO Fidonet BBS.

Correct, THAT is how FIDONET started, not BBS's...

You really are nor thinking straight are you. If you were a user on my Fidonet
BBS, you would find out very quickly that I can control what you say, otherwise
you do will not get access.

Because that is one of the "Rules" the sysop agreed to when they joined
Fidonet. As you are not a Fidonet Nodelisted Sysop, then I dont expect you to
know that, but you really DO need to understand it.

The one catch here is that it is not up to the user to determine that, it is up
to the Fidoent Sysop that manages the Fidonet Node where that users traffic
enters the Network.

Ha ha ha... You really are nieve aren't you... Read Policy 4 and understand it
before you wish to make such rash statments, but be warned that if you DO join
Fidonet as a sysop, except to be booted out of the network for allowing that
sort of rubbish to propogate... unless you change your ways...
