We do not have federal elections in the USA.  Presidential
elections consist of 50 separate state elections plus one municipal
election.  And it is not by direct vote, the voters choosing
pre-selected electors rather than candidates.

I was referring to Bush v. Gore, as John Kerry chose not to contest
the results of the 2004 presidential election (also stolen by GWB).

The results of the 2000 presidential election were not honored
or respected by any of the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court.
IOW, their involvement was unconstitutional, as the US Supreme
Court does not elect any electors to the electoral college.

By issuing an unconstitutional ruling denying all valid votes from
being counted in Florida, the US Supreme Court in effect took away
the rights of all Americans for choosing their president.

The justices of the US Supreme Court imposed their own will,
choosing to ignore the will of the people.

The "will of the people" consists of ALL the people.  Not some of
the people.  A presidential election was held, the state of Florida
conducted a recount, and Gore had the most votes of all valid votes
cast.  However, the US Supreme Court threw out those results, saying
that only some of those valid votes could be counted (the incomplete
results certified by the Florida secretary of state), making sure
there was not enough time available (two hours were allowed for the
state of Florida to count all valid votes cast) for a full recount
to be held.

GWB knew he had lost the election.  The only way GWB could "win"
was if he could get keep all valid votes from being counted, else
Gore would have come out ahead by at least 50,000 votes in the
state of Florida.  All GWB needed was 5 justices of the US Supreme
Court to go along with his coup.  Didn't matter what the other 4
justices did.

The "will of the people" did not matter to those 9 justices of
the US Supreme Court.  Only the votes of those 9 justices mattered.

The fact is the US Supreme Court's ruling was unconstitutional.
As such, why should I, or anybody else, give it any credence?

It was the "will of the justices", not the "will of the people".

No justice of any court should ever be worshipped or revered.
Especially when there is no justice in this world.  And most likely
not in the next.
