The cops weren't very happy about it either. The one I told you about who
went on to be the bomb sniffer-outter was mutilated slightly when one
batch didn't like the way he was mixing it. Since the fire department's
EMS was called in, they reported it to the police, who carted his ass off
to juvinile hall.

You didn't answer the question. Instead you went off on a tangent about
someone (McVeigh) who stole a detonator and some dynamite. FYI, of course
he did, since you need a license to buy and possess those.
