Yes. But Peru will have their way with him first. 35 years from now, he'll

True. But then, she may have gotten that $15,000 from someone who wished
to prosecute the van der and was willing to make that choice for her.

Nor is it a crime here. But it is a crime to defraud or extort a person
of money by not providing that info. Doing it by wire is another crime
added to the first.

Look up extortion in Dutch law...then read the definition. If you can't
understand it, have Rosa explain it to you.

Freeing criminals happens here all the time. When you have a repeat
offender such as the van der, the authorities always want to put him in
jail, since he's considered a serial criminal.

Wanna bet? If you're still around when the van der gets out of US prison,
