He used her disappearance in an attempt to get out of the Flores murder.
Hoping he could get an extradition from Peru to Aruba, where he could
escape the bad conditions in the Peruvian prison.

And far more sway than, say the Dutch government. See, these Peruvians get
billions of dollars in aid from US Taxpayers and therefore have an
incentive to cooperate.

So you say...but that isn't the real world.

I doubt there will be one, although if there were, it'd be a whole lot
better to be in a US prison than a Peruvian prison.

What I'm waiting to hear is that someone offed the Dutchman. When he's
convicted of the Flores murder, he'll be commited to an even worse prison
in Peru than Castro Castro. There, he'll be in an open space with about
300 other prisoners. For $100, any one of them can pay for 4 months
of food, smokes, etc.. I think there will be at least 300 volunteers.
