Perhaps but that is more of a necessary evil than the alternative of someone
bludgeoning another, perhaps out of the network, over mere disagreements. I do
not have to tell you that with P4 alone, your brothers in the eastern portions
of your zone have wielded it like it was a weapon of mass destruction and that
it used to be wielded the same way in your Zones western portions, albeit
perhaps moreso in Germany than anywhere else. The battles I have heard tell of
over there are legendary.

However in the case of dictator moderators, we have seen how people are free to
vote with their feet, as has been the case in the political and operating
system oriented echoes.

No that was not, never was the reasons.

Point is moot now, he is very much welcome back here, however I do believe he
chose to follow Maurice Kinal elsewhere.

In Z2, you all are used to your govts being mother and father and providing all
citizens with a baby pacifier dipped in honey, you all have never been
encouraged to fight your own battles and take responsibility for your
individual selves and self worth, it is easier to have someone, something or
other entity fight your battles for you. The free exchange of ideas and
viewpoints inevitably will cause friction, to you those whom dont conform to
the group mindspeak, must be eliminated.

Spare me your faux indignation, I did not mention AH to offend anyone
intentionally, but since you **CHOOSE** to be offended, I cant help you there.

The sentiment I expressed was to point out that EP1 introduces alot more evils
than you claim it can solve and that you all should have/should view it like
(what I said that offended you), especially since many of you have claimed
superiority in the freedom dept.

Policy, p4 or otherwise have more often than not been used as a weapon to
punish someone to settle scores, not remedy real wrongs.

Except for a two year span, I have been a Regional Coordinator since 1998, in
that time I have only been presented with one Policy Complaint to decide, which
I ended up not having to rule on when I asked both parties to work things out
and shake hands. That is something I am proud of, moreso to the credit of the
sysops in my region, but how many RC's in Z2 can claim to not have to deal with
policy BS like that?
