i remember those days... i don't smoke inside so that fixed that... that's why,
when i get to a place where i need to think about things, i go out and have a
smoke and many times talk to someone about other stuff completely away from
coding... at some point, my mind comes up with a plan and i'm back in to the
editor writing more code ;)

asprin? headaches? i substituted iced tea when i quit one time... yeah, the
caffiene hit was a real doozy... almost as bad as what i used to get when i was
drinking so much coffee back in the day... at least then (and now) i'm drinking
several glasses of fluid a day instead of wasting a 20oz soda by only drinking
maybe 1/4th to 1/2 before it is hot and throwing it out...

yeah! i've had that as well as lucid dreams... then i switched to the next
lower dosage and things were better... i never did get to complete the nicoderm
program because of my appendix... and the hospital wouldn't let me use my
nicoderm patches... instead they insisted on their own at $50 a patch(!!)...
two weeks of nicoderm was only $45US... about the same cost as cigs for the
quantity i was smoking at the time... i started nicoderm with their 14mg
patches but the hospital thought it better to give me the 21mg ones... needless
to say, when i got out of the hospital, i was more addicted to nicotine :/
