The Atkins diet has been around for a very long time.  At one time
it was a very popular diet, but not so much anymore today.  The diet
came under attack from nutritionists and other food scientists who
noted problems with ketosis.  In other words, the Atkins diet was a
dangerous diet because people lost weight from muscle tissue having
been used as fuel rather than fat.

not the same as the Atkins diet.  Similar, yes.  But not the same.

Oil has changed the way we live.  If it had not been for oil, there
would have been no population explosion.  People need to eat in order
to survive.  More oil, more food production.  More food production,
more people.  It's that simple.  In order to keep it going, we had
to continue producing more and more food, as fast and as cheaply as
possible.  It was either that, or quit making babies.  And people
being people were going to continue making babies for as long as
there were enough people to make babies with.  Of course, once we
run out of oil ...

Let's move on to another topic, as running out of oil spells
doomsday for us all.

Statins are known for their ability to lower cholesterol.  This
wonder drug makes it possible for folks to eat whatever they want
as much as they want whenever they want and never have to worry
about clogging the arteries or having a heart attack, enabling
them to live to a ripe old age.

In 1987, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the USA approved
the use of statin drugs, without having gone through the rigorous
testing process to determine the safety of such useage.  This wonder
drug was so beneficial that some folks wanted to make it mandatory
to be included in our nation's drinking water.  This was US President
Ronald Reagan at his best.  Or should I say, Drug Pusher Ronald Reagan?

Now think about this for a minute.

THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT STATIN DRUGS EXTEND LIFE.

How do statin drugs work?  Statin drugs inhibit cholesterol
produced by the liver.  Where is cholestereol stored?  I'll give
you a hint.  Over half of the body's cholesterol is stored in the
brain.  What happens when the brain is deprived of the cholesterol
it needs to function properly?  Yes, you got it.  Say hello to
ALZHEIMER'S.

Americans have become The Walking Dead.  Zombies.  And Europeans
are following our lead, becoming just like us.  Imagine a world of
Zombies.  With Brad Pitt taking them on, all by himself.  WWZ.

Americans wear pads when playing football so they can hit harder.
Kind of like boxers wearing gloves.  The pads are not much protection
for football players, and neither are gloves for boxers.  They are
worn not so much for protection, but rather so as to put the hurt
on the opponent.  Unless you are Mike Tyson, in which case teeth
are also allowed (which is why American football players wear ear
guards - otherwise known as helmets).
