    Anyone pay only one tax - 13%, I show taxfree income for example, it may be
highly. And I don't know how detect that income in Russia can be determined as
'middle', there is low - 0,3-2000$ and very high up to 100000$.

    Here is not work american style medical care system, all pay as fact, now
seem some changes, may be in future goverment set actual system and taxes for
it. For businesmen where exist 3% of income tax, but no any one pay it.

    You should see it by self, here people build houses similar to ancient
castles, buy expensive car, clock and more other.

    In additional for taxes: business pay taxes for it workers at 23%, up to
30-40%, but now count of big company is very smal and litle company no pay any
taxes :( all social services, health and army kept the state from the income of
large enterprises, oil and gas sales. New sanctions made pure part of
population more pure, but middle-class and high-class not notice the
difference.

    WTF? Harpoon? or Air-surface antiship? Saakashvili tests our missile boat
in 2008 and lost 2 ships.
    We have STORA-1 system which can capture radio control of UAV, some

of RUR lower than reserv, but reserv in USA. Now all external payments are held
in dollars.
