*Actually*...what I did was per a doctor's prescriptions, in compliance with
both state AND federal laws...and is in fact *mandated* by both state AND
federal law, for `un-spoken, but self-evident reasons'!


The entire federally-funded, federal-and-state regulated, program comes under
the laws and regulations laid out by *democrat-controlled* Congressional, and
*democrat-controlled* California state legislature. THEY make the rules and
regulations, under which the program operates.


There are licensing and inspection teams (both state AND federal), who appear
without warning at group homes licensed to operate in the system, and inspect
both living conditions within the home, inspect all records including medicine
charts, to determine if all medications are issued in compliance with the
ordered prescription of the attending physicians.


Written orders of the attending physicians are kept in the `medication log'
for each `patient, that cover each and every medication each resident is
required to take.


Such written orders must match the daily log of issued medications for each
`patient', and are closely inspected from time to time.


Personnel who are licensed staff and `care providers' in these homes are
considered to be, and are refered to as, `nurses', in the technical language
of the licensing regulations, in regard to the issuing of daily medications.


And yes...in order to do what I do for my employer you must not only be
certified by both state AND federal governing authorities, and have a
squeekie-clean background. You must also complete a certain number of hours
(100) per year of `continuing education' in the field, in order to maintain
your certification to work in the career field to begin with.


These periodic classes and continuing-training sessions are conducted by high
-level personnel of state governing agencies, psychiatrists, medical doctors,
personnel from the Social Security department, etc etc.


By the way...these hours of continuing-education count officially, and by law,
as `college-level' education, and are considered `college credits'.


Also, by law, official records are kept by the state-and-federal governing
bodies, of the number of hours I accumulate each year, in order to be in
compliance with the laws and regulations of both.


Over the 20 or more years of working in the career field, I have accumulated
enough hours in continuing education to my credit, as to possess the
equivalent of a college degree.


So...the pathetic bleatings of McGarrity (and others), who attempt to make me
out to be some sort of `terrible' individual, aren't just laughable...they
border on the ignorantly-stupid!


Incidently...McGarrity;s idiotic assertion that I `violate' what I claim to
believe about `abortion' isn't just false, it's disfunctional thinking on his
part! He has no knowledge WHAT my actual position is on the subject, as he has
never ASKED me what it is, and I have never volunteered it in so many words!


And his `claim' that I ``violate'' my religious beliefs in regard to the
abortion issue is even sillier, as he ALSO has no idea WHAT my `religious
beliefs' are! I've never discussed them, Either with him or anyone else in
Fido!
