The many times the administration and its fellow travelers have stated
publically that `Obamacare is the law of the land...get over it!'...
the president has himself several times violated that law!


He has:


1. Unilaterally granted a one year delay on all Obamacare health insurance
requirements.

2. The administration ignored Obamacare's text to unilaterally delay the
employer mandate.

3. The administration ignored the text of Obamacare to unilaterally delay the
out-of-pocket caps.

4. The administration ignored federal statutes to allow congressional staff to
get government-subsidized healthcare.

5. Obamacare violates the Constitution `Origination' clause.

6. Obamacare's contraception mandate violates the First Amendment and the
Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

7. The Obama administration disregarded the text of Obamacare by expanding the
Employer Mandate penalty through IRS penalty.

This administration has ignored the will of the People and has governed by
unilateral executive fiat, by disregarding the statutory text of a law passed
by the Congress.

Hussein Obama has:


1. Carried out military intervenism in Lybia without Congressional approval.

2. Given a no-bid contract to Halliburton (when GW Bush did that the democrat
left came apart at the seams!).

3. Nominated a six-time tax cheat to head the VERY agency he owed back taxes
to!

4. Gave taxpayer's money to AIG executives, and then pretended to be outraged
about it!

5. Has supported the un-Constitutional Patriot Act (put in place by Bush).

6. Increased the national debt more in one term than Bush did in two.

7. Had four U.S. citizens killed without due process.

8. Ordered a private company to fire 1000 employees.

9. Stole money from retired teachers and police officers.

10. Supported the release of a convicted mass murderer (270 victims in
Lockerbie, Scotland).

11. Illegally put firearms into the hands of criminals in an operation called
`Fast & Furious'...and has been covering up the truth since it was brought to
light.

12. Fired an Inspector General for uncovering and publicly exposing Sacramento
mayor's embezzlement of government funds (a friend and supporter of Hussein
Obama's).

13. Lied about putting health care negotiations on C-Span (previously promised
he would).

14. Lied about letting people keep their health insurance.

15. Ignored Constitutional requirements for appointees.

16. Used tax dollars to restore graffiti that glorified Fidel Castro and Che
Guevara, two vicious mass-murderers.


This president has single-handedly overseen the worst increase in government
corruption in many a decade.


His list of lies alone (over 200 and mounting) are a testament to his
disqualification to govern.

And many who think like they do are in our national government. Which explains
why the United States is the laughing stock of the whole world, Russian war
ships taunt us in our own hemisphere, communist China menaces our allies in
the South Pacific, Iran threatens our war ships in the Mediteranian and Middle
East, mocks us, threatens us.
