I've been thinking about this from you since I read it this morning, and I
just have to address it. And not to any `third' party....but TO you.


Part of Hussein Obama's oath of office, which he has taken twice, now, is:


"...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States..."


He has violated that oath many times. And thats surprising as he has made the
claim that:


"I was a Constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current
president (refering to GW Bush) I actually respect the Constitution." ......

That is a bald-faced lie.


He claimed that he was `a Constitutional scholar and professor.'


He was an `instructor' at Chicago Law School...the faculty detested him, and
he was NEVER a `professor', but merely a low-paid, non-tenure-tracked teacher,
who are commonly hired by colleges to teach certain courses

The status of an `instructor' is far below that of `assistant professor' or
`professor' because they lack the credentials for any `professorship' on any
level!


Also...his stated claims to have  `been the editor of The Harvard Law
Review' are also a load of horse hocky!


In fact...many qualified `professors' state that, if he WAS..he is the ONLY
editor of an Ivy League Law School review who was never *published*!
Publication is now, and was then, a requirement for the `editor'. He wasn't!


Professors at chicago School of Law considered him lazy, unqualified, never
attended faculty meetings...he claims to have been the editor of Harvard Law
School review without having the qualifications or meeting the requirements.


By the way...did you know he surrendered his law license back in 2008 possibly
because he LIED on his bar application and was about to be charged?


Is it any wonder that he's had his records sealed and sealed tight?


And contrary to his claim...he has violated that Constitution MANY times since
he's been president.


Here's a list of some of those violations:


He has violated the Constitution by failing to "...take care that the laws be
faithfully executed," Article II Section 3.


He violated that by directing DHS that all immigration offenses were
unenforceable without a serious criminal conviction to go with it. Thats in
deliberate violation of our immigration laws duly passed by Congress and
signed into law!


Executive order #13603 Government can seize anything.


Executive order #13524 gives INTERPOL jurisdiction on American soil above and
beyond any American law enforcement agency, including the FBI.


Executive order #13636 Infrastructure Cybersecurity...which illegally bypassed
Congress.


DOMA law in which Hussein Obama directed the Department of Justice to ignore
the Constitution and the Seperation of Powers, and not enforce the law.


The Affordable Care Act (AKA Obamacare) The Supreme Court re-wrote the
legislation and made it a tax because there is no Constitutional authority for
Congress to force Americans to engage in commerce. By the way...the Supreme
Court has no Constitutional authority to legislate or lay taxes.


The contraceptives and abortifacants mandate is a violation of the First
Amendment.


The administration is also in violation of the 4th Amendment with their
`PRISM' program.


There's more:


In one single day, Hussein Obama issued over 20 Executive Order's which
seriously curtailed the 2nd Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms.


Hussein Obama achieved the passage of his Obamacare in the Congress through
bribery, lies, and knowing the American people were not wanting it. He
deliberately kept it from being published before it was voted on and signed
into law, in violation of his public promise to post it up on the InterNet
so everyone could read it before it was signed.


He bribed Senator Ben Nelson from Nebraska with his `cornhusker' kickback.
Senator Mary Landreiu with a $300 million dollar `Louisiana Purchase' bribe.

He claimed Obamacare would cost less than one trillion dollars over the next
ten years. In FACT...it is projected to cost TEN trillion dollars in that
time!

In a gun-running scheme that was possibly intended to be touted by the
administration for justification to curtail the 2nd Amendment rights, this
administration put thousands of weapons into the hands of the criminal class
in Mexico! And when it blew up in their face...Obama quickly threw the blanket
of `Executive Privilege' over it to keep it from becoming public knowledge,
thereby destroying his re-election chances.


The list goes on and on and on.........


the only reason I'm stopping right now is I'm tired of typing.

You know, maybe you and your fellow travelers could get legislation passed to
authorize you to snatch people who don't have `clear thinking' like you do,
right off the street...put `em into `re-education' camps! Teach them the RIGHT
way to think!


Saw a funny post from someone out there in cyberland today. they said they'd
FINALLY gotten the chance to get the hell out of New York, and move down
South, where they can feel free again! And closed their post with this
request:


"Will the last American to leave New York please bring the American flag along
with them?"
