 Indeed I did not like the information you provided in first instance as your
 reaction to the original message.

 Intil evidence is available I have no opinion on who is to blame, as is
 the official stance in my country. Those who are quick to blame others
 often have something to hide.

 Your above words miss the fact that the advanced ground to air missile
 systems are also provided with the friend-or-foo information that at least
 civil aircraft provided. A proper trained crew would not go only on
 assumptions of what they were taking down.
