Ärende: Global Warming

Here's something that would be hilarious if it wasn't so ridiculous!


There's a group of South Sea Island-nation leaders who hold a meeting
each year called `The Pacific Islands Forum'. It was in Palau this time.
And these `leaders' warned that `entire islands will disappear under the
waves if action is taken to address `climate change'.


Interesting that these `Islanders' have followed the media's morph from
`global warming; to `climate change', isn't it?


`Disappear under the waves if action isn't taken to address `climate change'!


You gotta see that the next question has to be: do what? What do they think
can be done to `address' it?


Most people with any sense knows there is not one single thing Mankind can
do to effect the Sun, or the way it drives our weather patterns.


They went on to say that `there's no excuse not to act to curb `climate
change'.


`Act' how...they do not say....just `act'!


According to them...."All that is left is decisive action from leaders with
the courage to do what needs to be done to save the world."


Unfortunately, neither they NOR the leaders they mention have any idea
how to `change' weather!


And all these `leaders' of whom they speak know to do is `throw money
at it'.


And they throw plenty of money at it. Of course, none of that money is
just `theirs'...it belongs to taxpayers. And these `leaders' have
poured BILLIONS of our money into this bottomless pit called `global
warming' which has morphed into `climate change' (in order to cover
all the bases).


What these `leaders' are doing (at least here in the U.S.) is putting
in-expensive energy sources out of reach through excessive regulation,
idiot legislation, and failed notions of `renewable energy'.


Its `the money, stupid!' Not one single red cent poured into this
silly effort to `do something' has made a bit of difference; The
Sun goes on in its evolution on the Main Sequence....and Mankind
exists or perishes at the mercy and perils of Solar processes,
over which it nor any government it can come up with, can alter
in any way. The Sun could `cough' out a Solar ejection tomorrow
so powerful that it would give Mankind about 8 more minutes of
`life as we know it', and few if any would survive it.


So...letting know-it-all politicians, and greedy-hearted avademics
bleed us for money we can't afford, in order to `change' something
we couldn't change if we wanted to, isn't just silly, its stupid.


We've poured money after money after money into this `global warming'
thing...saw it morph into `climate change' when the `warming' part
began to look riduculous because of the `cooling' we've seen for
the last 17 or so years.


And for all that money, we haven't had one single `effect' on the
climate! Not one!


The only one's who've gotten any benefit out of all that money is
politicians who pour (taxpayers) money into so-called `renewable
energy' outfits, who in turn donate (taxpayers money) to politicians'
campaigns. And the academics, who get funds (taxpayers money) to
conduct study after study after study.....and discover that (surprise)
its gonna take more `study'! (Make that read; taxpayers money!)
