That is a policy violation in itself. A ZC does not have the authority to grant
an exemption on those grounds.

The the nodes in that region wanting to keep their RC, despite the fact that he
had left the area, is not a technical reason where the local calling areas lead
to a situation where logoic dictates, etc, etc.. it is based on personal and
social factors which are explicitly ruled out.

I know, Ik know, I am wasting my breath. You will tell me I am wrong, I should
read the whole document, you will recite al the mantras that were used in the
past 25 years to tell us why you are right and we are wrong when it comes to
reading policy.

It is always the same with you guys. You impose your rules on others and want
them to follow them. Rules that you yourself will no longer follow when it no
longer suits you. Then you will twist, re‹nterpret, rewrite history or simply
ignore them.
