In the case of George Zimmerman, the government fucked up royal. Their
interference is what got Zimmerman found not guilty as much as the
evidence and testimony.


Not to mention the idiot who prosecuted the case.


A recap:


Trayvon Martin was walking down the street minding his own business.


He had recently come to the housing complex he was approaching, to live
with his father for a time. He probably was unfamiliar with the place,
and would have been looking around to spot a familiar land mark to
show him the way back to his father's dwelling.


Zimmerman comes driving down the street...sees Martin `scoping' the
housing complex. He's some sort of muckity-muck in the neighborhood
watch group in the complex, has a firearm (has a CCW permit), and
decides to check Martin out. He also dials 911 and talks to the
dispatcher.


Whether or not Martin saw Zimmerman `checking him out' while in his
truck never came out.


In any case...Martin enters the complex. Zimmerman pulls over, parks, gets
out and follows Martin into the complex with his firearm.


What ensued from that point, we only have Zimmerman's word for. We do know
Martin was aware Zimmerman was following him from a conversation Martin
was having with a girl friend on his cell phone.


At some point Martin confronted Zimmerman...there was a physical altercation
and Martin was shot to death.


First of all...

Zimmerman was NOT a law enforcement officer. He had no business doing
anything but contacting law enforcement.


Secondly...


All Zimmerman's membership in the `neighborhood watch' group authorized
him to do was `watch...and `report'.


Third....


When Zimmerman deliberately parked and followed Martin into the complex,
he was now taking things into his own hands, and was now responsible
for the encounter between himself and Martin. Had he simply stayed with
his truck and directed law enforcement where Martin went, Martin would
be alive today.


Trayvon Martin should not be dead. True...he was a bad actor at school.
And he did drugs. And he was occasionally violent. But that isn't
germaine to the fact that he should not have been shot. It turned out
that Trayvon *belonged* where he was. And that would have come out had
Zimmerman just stayed with his vehicle and let law enforcement handle it!


By following Martin into the complex Zimmerman set into motion the events
that ended in Martin's death.


Zimmerman is, at the very least, guilty of second degree murder.


Enter...stage right.....Holder, Hussein Obama, the Florida state
attorney...Al Sharpton.....the leftwing media...et al.


By mucking about in a case that was almost open and shut....the
liberal assholes that be, succeeded in mucking up what should have
been a push-over prosecution of an idiot with a gun and delusions
of wanna-be cop-hood!


Instead....Zimmerman was acquitted, and as far as I know still has a
CCW permit and plenty of time to do it again!


When it all shakes down, Ferguson Missouri will probably turn out
the same way. The only difference between the two cases is, one
was a teenager who should be alive, killed by a cop-wannabe who
shouldn't have followedf the kid.


The other,,,a teenager who had just committed a strong-armed
robbery, who tried to wrestle a cop's gun away from him, and
who was `coming back for more, shot by a cop he had just injured
and tried to disarm.


On the one hand the liberal idiots mucked about and prevented
justice being done for a kid who shouldn't be dead.


On the other hand, they are again mucking about in a case that no
real facts have been determined, no testimony heard, no evidence
presented, no witnesses sworn and confronted by the cop everyone
is condemning (which is his right under our law system), stirring
up the `rabble' into violence, encouraging them by non-action!


The police should have quelled the rioting and looting immediately.
With whatever it took.


Rioters should have been surrounded and arrested. All people from
the outside of the area charged with inciting to riot (that includes
Sharpton, the idiot thugs from the New Black Panther Party, and
any and all who do not live within the St Louis area who were
rounded up at the scene).


No `apology' from any official with the police or political structure
should have been issued.


If the evidence shows the guy guilty the cop walks.


If not, and the cop is shown to have committed a crime, fine.


But mob rule should get nowhere. Ever. Put down the mob and the
rioters any way and every way you have to. Smother the violence
first.


You know what's funny?


When conservatives gather in a group to protest something...it more
often than not gets refered to as `a mob with pitchforks and nooses'.


When leftists or their favorite low-information voting bloc go
into privately owned businesses and smash windows, steal all the
merchandise, set fires, overturn vehicles, beat up innocent people,
its called `protest'.
