Ärende: Guilty By Accusation

Hello Everybody,

I am sure the entire world has heard about
the multiple allegations about Bill Cosby being
a serial rapist.  At least five different women
have come forward telling their stories about
what they claim happened to them.  These events
go back some thirty years, and nobody knows
how many other women may have had the same
or similar experience.

Bill Cosby has never been charged with any crime.
Bill Cosby has never admitted to any wrongdoing.
Bill Cosby refuses to comment on the allegations
made by any of the women.

Why are all these women coming forward now?
Because Bill Cosby is a comedian with a lot of
money, and made the mistake of settling out of
court with one woman some ten years ago over
such a matter.

But that is not the real reason.  And everybody
knows it.  You see, Bill Cosby is a black man.
And this would not have happened if Bill Cosby
was a white man.

Think about it.

Brett Favre was the star quarterback for the Green
Bay Packers, and later the Minnesota Vikings.  He
got into some trouble by showing his wanker to a
female fan and the pictures made the internet hall
of fame.  However, Brett Favre is a white guy and
is not viewed by any of his legion of fans as being
a pervert of any kind, much less a serial rapist.

Anyway, nobody could really prove one way or another
if that was really Brett Favre's wanker, as the pictures
were kinda fuzzy to begin with.  It was just her word
against his, and who was gonna believe a ditzy blonde
when The Great One had words to say?

So, let me see if I got this right.

If you are accused, not convicted, or even indicted,
of child abuse, rape, or any other similar crime that
society finds disgusting, you are to lose your tv show
immediately, including all future tv shows.  And that
includes reruns.  No more reruns for entertainers.
Especially comedians.

Of course, that only applies to black men, such as
Bill Cosby (serial rapist) and Adrian Pederson (child
abuse).  White folks such as Brett Favre (indecent
exposure) would never have to face such injustices.

None of those pundits in politics and the press seems
to care one wit about "innocent until proven guilty."
No due process, or legal framework at all.  You are
just finished.  This should apply to all of us, if
those pundits, journalists, and reporters wanted to
be fair.  But we know this is not the case, and
never has been the case.

Bill Cosby should be given the same presumption
of innocence as anybody else, regardless of his race.
Ditto with Adrian Peterson, and other black football
players.

If those women who have made allegations about Bill
Cosby are unable to offer any evidence to support their
claims, they should not be believed by anyone.  Filing
a false report is a criminal offense, which is why none
of those women have done so.

What those women want is money.  Money, money, money.
Bill Cosby has it.  They want it.  He won't give it to
them.  And they can't make him pay, because they have
nothing on him.

The American people have been taken for being fools.
And maybe they are fools.  Especially if they believe
the lies of those women.
