Hello Tim,
LL>> But that is not the real reason. And everybody
LL>> knows it. You see, Bill Cosby is a black man.
LL>> And this would not have happened if Bill Cosby
LL>> was a white man.
TR> Thats a load of crap! Bill Clinton is `white'...and Bill Clinton is
TR> also a serial philanderer, even soiling the White House with his
TR> filth with Monica Lewinski, He has the class of a pig, even trying
TR> to force his sexual urges on a woman whose husband had just died,
TR> and she was talking to him about her salary now that her husband's
TR> income was gone and she was faced with their financial burdens alone.
Bill Clinton left office as the most popular president in
American history, even more popular than Ronald Reagan.
Bill Cosby was given a standing ovation by the audience in
Florida the other night, where he had performed on stage.
People are not stupid. Despite what is said on television,
the average person can easily figure out what is really going
on. Women who had an affair with Bill Cosby decades ago are
now coming forward claiming `rape' so as to get some free
publicity. Andy Warhol said everyone should have his or
her own 15 minutes of fame, and this is their moment.
LL>> Think about it.
LL>> Brett Favre was the star quarterback for the Green
LL>> Bay Packers, and later the Minnesota Vikings. He
LL>> got into some trouble by showing his wanker to a
LL>> female fan and the pictures made the internet hall
LL>> of fame.
TR> Michael Brown was a strong-armed robber who'd just committed a felony,
TR> threatened to assault a much smaller store clerk, and thought he'd show
his
TR> friend how tough he was by taking a cop's gun away who had confronted him.
How is shoplifting a small item considered a felony?
A misdemeanor, perhaps. And then only if he would have
been convicted in court of law. What exactly did he
supposedly threaten a store clerk with? Simply being
a bigger person than the store clerk does not qualify.
If Michael Brown had actually taken the cop's gun
away, he would not have been able to have gotten
shot by the cop. So that story doesn't wash.
Here are the facts -
Michael Brown was a black man.
Michael Brown was unarmed.
Michael Brown had both hands held high.
Michael Brown was shot six times by a white cop.
Michael Brown is dead.
Dead men tell no tales.
TR> The charge was made that the cop `reached out and pulled Brown in through
TR> the drivers window of the patrol car.
Michael Brown tried to give himself up.
Michael Brown was shot, six times, for his efforts.
TR> Looking at the video of Mike Brown in the store committing the robbery,
What did he steal, or attempt to steal? If it was
robbery, the item(s) would have been found on his person.
If no item(s) was found on his person, it may only have
been attempted robbery. Which may or may not be able
to be proven.
TR> and the footage of Wilson as he's walking through a hallway, puts the lie
to
TR> any charge that `Wilson grabbed Brown with one hand (his left) and
`pulled'
TR> Mike Brown' anywhere.
Did Michael Brown grab the officer's gun? Seems very
doubtful to me. Especially since he was trying to give
himself up. With his hands held high.
TR> Supposedly, we are a nation governed by laws. IF the shooting of Mike
Brown
TR> rises to a criminal act on the part of the cop, that determination is not
TR> made by looting and burning businesses, assaulting cops with rocks and
TR> bottles,
It takes nine members of the grand jury to indict. An
indictment is not a conviction. There are twelve
men and women on the grand jury. Let's see what happens.
TR> NOR is the process in any way helped by the underlying AND public, overt
TR> threat of even more violence if the verdict is not to the liking of a
TR> certain segment of the immediate community.
The court of public opinion does not count in this matter.
TR> The rioters...those assaulting police...and those who are now making
threats
TR> as to the violence to come if the verdict is not the one THEY want...are
TR> BLACKS!
People have a right to peaceable assembly. And that includes
blacks. Read it. The 1st Amendment. Applies to all, not
just so some. And that means ALL Americans have the right
to peaceable assembly. Men, women, blacks, gays, lesbians,
transsexuals, hispanics, disabled, children, elderly, ...
TR> The ones who erupted into rioting and assaultive violence when this
incident
TR> first began are BLACKS!
People of all colors are protesting in Ferguson.
If police and national guard would not be creating
a scene by launching tear gas and then using billy
sticks to club protesters into submission ...
TR> And those who have a national position (Holder...Sharpton
TR> ...etc etc), who rushed into the case mouthing off about `rights
TR> violations...etc..were also BLACKS!
Civil rights must be protected for ALL Americans - including
blacks. We cannot ever go back to the days when blacks were
not even considered as being human beings - the Dred Scott
Decision - as nobody wants to return to those awful days.
TR> Funny...I went on the InterNet just now to find the recent killing of a
cop
TR> by a black criminal...and no matter how you type the `search' words;
TR> number of black criminals who kill cops
TR> recent murder of cop killed by a by black
TR> cops who've been killed by blacks
TR> etc etc
Law enforcement is a dangerous profession.
Nobody denies that.
It is dangerous for blacks.
It is dangerous for whites.
It is dangerous for everybody.
TR> all it brings up is either `Ferguson, Missouri....
Well, Ferguson has been very much in the news these days ...
TR> or some instance where a black was shot and killed by a white cop! How's
TR> THAT for bias! Net `neutrality', right?
It is a much more newsworthy event when a white cop shoots
and kills an unarmed black man than when a black cop shoots
and kills an unarmed black man. Why? Because a black cop
would never intentionally shoot and kill an unarmed black
man.
TR> But...
But what?
TR> it wasn't just the blacks who in or around Ferguson who were doing the
TR> looting and burning...
The people of Ferguson, regardless of race, were not
looting and burning their own city.
TR> most of them were not even FROM ferguson.
Some, not most. And it is those few outsiders who have
been causing problems. Along with cops and national guard
who should not be present. But it is the governor who sent
the cops and guard there, so it is he who is most to blame.
LL>> However, Brett Favre is a white guy and
LL>> is not viewed by any of his legion of fans as being
LL>> a pervert of any kind, much less a serial rapist.
TR> However...Brown was a black guy.
An unarmed black guy, who was shot by a white cop, multiple times,
in cold blood.
TR> So naturally, in the minds of some...
Michael Brown was the victim of an injustice.
After all, he was the one who was murdered.
TR> all the looting and burning, and assaulting the cops with bottles and
rocks
TR> is fully justified
People have the right to peaceable assembly.
I have never condoned violence of any kind, whether
that violence comes from protesters or from others
- such as cops. Violence is violence, and should be
condemned by all.
TR> When blacks murder white cops or even white private citizens, there aren't
TR> any looting and burning incidents.
It used to be that white folks could murder black folks
and that was the end of that. There wasn't any looting and
burning incidents. Life went on as it always had. You see,
back in those days, black folk were considered as being
notning more than livestock. Some more prized than others,
but livestock nonetheless. A white man could do whatever
he wanted to (or with) his own property. He could whip
it, beat it, fuck it ...
TR> A black cop in Utah shot and killed a white not long after Brown was shot,
TR> but no riots erputed, no looting or burning...and not a single rock or
TR> bottle was thrown at any police or their vehicles.
One less Mormon folks had to worry about ...
LL>> If you are accused, not convicted, or even indicted,
LL>> of child abuse, rape, or any other similar crime that
LL>> society finds disgusting, you are to lose your tv show
LL>> immediately, including all future tv shows. And that
LL>> includes reruns. No more reruns for entertainers.
LL>> Especially comedians.
TR> Or...
Oh goodie. Another hypothetical ...
TR> if you are a white cop who confronts someone who just committed a
strong-arm
TR> robbery, and in the course of the encounter are obliged to defend your
TR> safety...
What difference does the color of a cop make? Any
cop worth his/her salt, regardless of color, would
call for backup. That is how an experienced cop
goes about doing things to defend his/her own
safety.
TR> your very life (they conveniently ignore that
TR> Brown tried to get Wilson's gun)....
Tried to get Wilson's gun? With his hands held high
up in the air for the cop to see? Helluva way to go
abouts stealing an officer's gun ...
TR> that society frowns upon...
An experienced cop would know better than to shoot an unarmed man.
Especially an unarmed man who was trying to give himself up.
TR> you get to have a reward offered for your home address (by a
middle-eastern
TR> terrorist group, no less!).
ISIL is trying to recruit as many sharpshooters as they can find ...
TR> No sense waiting for the process to work...
Better to save taxpayers some money by getting things
done nice and quick, without the long, drawn-out process
of a trial.
TR> no point viewing evidence or hearing testimony.
Just 'choot 'em. That'll do it.
TR> Just burn the town down...
Nah. Just the business. People still need homes to sleep in.
TR> throw bottles and rocks at any cop cars that happen to come along...
Wait a minute. Who are the people? And who are the cops?
Which ones need to be protected? The people or the cops?
TR> and follow the likes of Al Sharpton and other race-baiting agitators...
Al Sharpton is a man of the cloth.
The boy wonder of preachers, having been
ordained at the age of 4 ...
