Really? Because prior to you piping up just now with that little
piece of info...the consensus in here has been they're two very

Yeah yeah...`cooling' proves `global warming'....polar bears are dying..
all that tripe!


An e-mail from  a leading `climate scientist' Kevin Trenberth:


"The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment and
it is a travesty."


So far the 2014-2015 winter has brought us:


1. Record ice (even an expedition to the Antarctic got stuck in the sea
ice...andd had to be rescued! AND....even the rescue ship got stuck!)

2. Record snowfall in areas where it was claimed snow would no longer
be seen...and children there wouldn't even know what snow was!

3. The Great Lakes had record ice...with Lake Superior having only three
ice-free months in all of 2014! Wonder why the `hottest year ever' didn't
see ice melting as Al Gore claimed?

4. Record cold. 2014 saw record cold weather. You'd think the `hottest'
year ever (as claimed) would have seen much breaking of `heat' records
and not `cold' records!

5. Oceans rising far less than predicted. Al Gore claimed that oceans
would rise by 20 feet by 2100. Looks like he'll be off by a lot. Many
of the `tide guages' show `less rise than global average', and some
ahow no rise whatsoever!

6. By the way....in the `hottest year ever'...polar bears are thriving!

7. The Moose is making a comeback in Minnesota. The rapid drop in moose
population was blamed on `global warming'. But a study revealed it was
in fact the re-introduction of wolves into the wilds there that were
killing off the moose. A re-introduction of wolf hunting solved the
problem...but you won't hear anything about it from Al Gore et al.

8. 99% of scientists do not believe in `global warming'.

9. Nature produces far more co2 than Man! The vast majority of it comes
from rain forests!

10. 2014 was NOT the `warmest year ever'. They used ground weather station
data close to urban heat sink areas to arrive at that conclusion...and at
that had to `fudge' a lot of the data anyway! And they're talking two-100th's
of a degree! Big friggin' deal!


Its a hoax! A scam. Taxpayers are the victims...politicians and the academics
who depend on taxpayer dollars for their incomes and `research' dollars are
the hoaxters...and its slowly beginning to unravel.

I was born and raised on the shores of Lake Ontario. I remember an older
sister of mine owning a house right on the lake shore, and the ice actually
extended almost a mile or more from her house in winter. Ice fishing was
popular there, and people had real elaborate portable shelters for that
purpose which dotted the ice scape quite a ways from `shore' every winter.
