Yes, dupes are a given in this regard. However, those dupes did NOT (or
shouldn't, anyways) pass through your system a second time and go to Janis or
Björn again. It is other systems that are sending them back to Janis or Björn
because somewhere in the path someone stripped those original SEEN-BYs.

Sure there's dupes to be dealt with, but as long as your system is only sending
those message packets/bundles to other systems once, you are on the right
track. We can't help the fact that other systems strip SEEN-BYs and the systems
those messages originated from may get said messages back. We can only continue
to promote this idea and hope that others will join in.

The only way to rid of dupes for the most part would be if there was 100%
participation in the Fidoweb. That will most likely never happen, so we'll have
to deal with dupes with decent dupe checkers. :)
