I think the above disclaimer is mostly CYA. The figures surely are not as
accurate as the number of digits after the comma suggest, but I think it is a
reasonable indication.

Unfortunately it is not much better here... :-(

According to most geolocation tools my SixXs tunnel is located in The
Netherlands. Makes sense because both myself and the POP are in the
Netherlands. My he.net address however is located in the USA. That makes less
sense as the POP is in Amsterdam...

I doubt that it matters. I don't even know if tunnels are included in that
survey. But it is just a few geeks running tunnels for their IPv6 access. Most
customers that have IPv6 have native IPv6, probably without even knowing it...

Yep. They have earned that position because the two biggest ISP's have rolled
it out some time ago. Same for Germany. The big ones are moving there as well.
Not everyone is dragging their feet.
