Do you see every page of Bjorn's (and yours) newsletters every week? If so,
then it's probably fine. But sbbsecho was catching a couple of pages of them
(ones that the message body wasn't updated at all, but the MSGID was different)
as dupes, and not showing them on our systems. Disabling the CRC checking fixed
this, once we found out there is still MSGID dupe checking in place when the
CRC check is disabled. No big deal, and the code did what it was meant to do,
we just didn't understand it completely.

Now that we do know, our dupe checking doesn't need to be as strict as we had
it set to.
