How to make people make babies.  That is the pressing problem
of our times.  The Russian government is paying real money to women
who make babies.  So did the Italian government during WWII.  But
Benito Mussolini was a cheapskate, and Italian women spurned him.
Except for Clara Petacci.  And she tricked him - by getting paid
without having to make any babies for her beloved Benito.  That
is why Russians put Vladimir Putin in charge of the program.  He
would know what to do.  Pay the women, but only if they actually
make babies, not just promise to do so.  After all, empty promises
are easy to make.

Vladimir Putin, barechested Macho Man himself, demands results!
When his wife told him she could no longer make babies for him,
he threw her out onto the streets of Moscow!  Just like that!
With the snap of his fingers!  And within seconds, beautiful
Russian women from all over flocked into the Kremlin and made
many babies for Vlad!  But Russia is a big country, and Vlad
needs help from the West so that every Russian woman can make
as many babies for Russia as can be made!  I mean, one man
can only do so much ...

For those who do not like cold weather, there is a growing
need for guys in the desert kingdoms.  For some strange reason,
men in those parts keep losing their heads and women have to
somehow find somebody else to be with.  And all the men with
heads still on their shoulders are too busy either chopping
other mens heads off or praying in some mosque.

Anyhow.  Aside from Russia, US Forces are sent everywhere
to give women what they want.  You really should have figured
that out by now.  Women around the world love us!  They want
to squeeze us!  Hug us!  Kiss us!  Fuck us!  Make as many
babies for Allah as can be made!  That's right!  They take
one look at us and say, in their own language which we do
not and cannot understand, "Allah will provide!"

So.  We go there.  We give women what they want.  And then
we leave.  Twenty years later we return.  They blow us up.
And then we give women more of what they want.  And then we
leave.  Twenty years later we return. ...
