That is funny coming from one who doesn't see it was Ward who instigated the
entire mess by his actions at the time.

4 of 6 ZCs at the time agreed to reject Ward's dismissal of Roy Witt's appeal
in the PC that Michiel van der Vlist brought against Roy Witt, and the ZCC
voted to throw that complaint out.

From Ward's own mouth at the time:

Ward Dossche wrote in the ZCC echo:

>* ZC4 Votes "abstain"
>* ZC5 Votes "overrule"

After that decision by the ZCC was made and Ward had been IC for three and a
half years, another vote was taken by the ZCC as to whether to replace him with
Malcolm Miles as IC. That vote by the ZCs was more dramatic and telling:

 5 of 6 ZCs voted to replace Ward as IC with Malcom Miles.

What was Ward's reaction?

He decided to reinvent the voting proceedure with one that is not in Policy 4,
but would fortunately for him carry on his will forever:

Ward Dossche wrote in the ZCC echo:

And then he carried this nonsense further in tallying his dismissal from the
post of IC AFTER  5 ZCs voted to replace him:

>Z4C: YES 01 votes

As I said... he did it to himself.

Even Renato Zambon, then Z4C recognized Ward's problems at the time of this
foolish recalulation of our valid voting, when Renato said to Ward in the ZCC
echo:

> authority. I can defend some of your points but this posture is
> indefensible and shameful.
