Hello Everybody,

The Saboteur of Fidonews is very selective in who she decides
is, or is not, to receive her stolen edition of the Fidonews -

Today, I see you expounding on the subject to someone, in which you
haughtily quote *policy 4* stating: "...in that Policy 4 calls for every
member to distribute FIDONEWS by any means possible, which includes
distribution through email and includes not only distribution to fido
members but to the public (i.e., non members)." .....Janis Kracht

So...by your *own* interpretation of this (((Policy 4))) of yours....by
refusing to `distribute Fidonews to me, a Fidonet member, YOU are in
violation of t of this same policy you go so far out of your way to
swear by!

Almost all nations (including the USA) follow the Berne copyright
convention.  Hiding behind P4 and pretending that US law is paramount
to what the US government abides by is really stretching it.  And yet
that is the position the Saboteur of Fidonews has taken.

Theft is theft.  The Fidonews is not her property.  The works
created and published in the Fidonews are not her property.
She has absolutely no right (legal or otherwise) to steal from
others to do with as she pleases.

In the USA, and just about everyplace else on the face of this
planet, almost everything created privately and originally is
copyrighted and protected - whether it has a notice or not.
But even with a notice the Saboteur of Fidonews does not care.
She is going to do whatever the hell she wants, regardless of
whatever anybody else thinks, says, or does.

I am going to have some fun with this.  And I invite others
to do the same.  So please.  Get on your keyboards and start
writing an article on the subject/topic of your choice.  Be
sure to submit it in plenty of time for it to be included in
the next edition of the Fidonews.  All manuscripts should be
submitted to the editor, Björn Felten.

I will have at least one article, perhaps a few games and
puzzles, some recipes, and whatever else comes to mind, sent
in and ready to be published, the goal (publication date) being
for All Saints Day (November 1) becoming Fidonews Resurrection
Day, as it happens to fall on a Sunday this year.

Do note what the following day happens to be.  And beware.  ;)
