Not everybody recognizes Policy4.  I certainly don't.

It was a sysops-only agreement.  And not all sysops were
invited, or allowed, to participate in its drafting, much
less ratification.  So, a small number of sysops, within
one zone, wish to impose their views on the rest of the
world.  Without anybody else having a voice or a say.

Mandates don't matter.  Moderators need an enforcer in order
to get others to do their bidding.

Who are moderators going to get to play the heavy?  In
zone 1, it is Ross Cassell.  He is the one who answers to
their call.  Usually made by Janis Kracht, rather than
by the moderator, as she represents all there is in zone 1.

Louisiana.  Only swampland ...

He *is* Superman.  But me?  With our banged-up quarterback most
likely out for the rest of the year?  My beloved Saints are
going nowhere this year.  Not even the mighty Matt Flynn can
help them now ...
