Or maybe that board just has many users, and so more than average "bad" guys. I
am just speculating, I have little experience with users. As I mentioned here
(The Netherlands) metered local calls killed the BBS. Users either upgraded to
points or left for greener pastures. That process was almost completed when I
started my career as a moderator. I have done my share of moderating and I had
issues with points and sysops, but I do not recall ever having an issue with a
user. In Dutch echomail, they have been an extinct species for two decades.

And then he would have moved again until he found a system that is outside your
jurisdiction. Lee Lofaso seems to have done just that. I do not see Wayne
Chirnside any more. Tim Richardson does not seem to ne all that popular in your
bailifwick, and he seems to be curbed for the moment, but you may be in for a
surprise.

And others have a different perception of "bad". What was that about "I
wholeheartedly disagree with what your are saying, but I will defend your right
to say it wth all my hearth"?
