Have you ever been on the inside of a mental hospital?
I have.  Inside the walls, you will find some of the
residents scribbling notes to themselves (and to others)
on itsy bitsy pieces of paper.  It is not really important
what those residents write, whether to themselves or to
others, but rather what is found on the other side of
those pieces of paper.  It is there that all is explained.

You see, on the other side of those pieces of paper is
a hospital eye chart, in the shape of a pyramid.  I know
you are familiar with those types of charts, as are most
other people.  But these hospital eye charts are special.

I know you will not believe me, as you have not been in
the places I have been.  You can either take my word for
it, or check it out for yourself.  Either way, you will
know I am right.

Here is what the hospital eye chart says/reads -

             THE LAW OF 4

               I AM 47
             THEY WERE 80
             ------------

              +YOU ARE 3
              ----------

               WE ARE 4
                 BUT
              WHO IS 67?

Now do you understand?

For those who haven't got a clue, they'll just have
to wait 'til they are 67.  ;)
