If you and your friends there chose to call people from Mexico and Canada
Americans that is up to you. But you keep infering by your rhetoric that
your opinion is the opinion of the masses. Unlike you David I don't pretend
to speak for others let alone those from around the world. You seem to
present yourself as the person that knows how everyone feels and thinks.
And oddly enough (According to you) they all share the same opinion as
you happen to have.

REALLY are and what they should REALLY be called. Did it ever occur to you
to ask them instead of trying to TELL them?
